Policies and Ethics Statement
We hold all client's information as confidential. We expect our clients to do the same with the strategic information we provide them during the course of our relationship.
It is our policy to understand your business as completely as we can before we produce your website or search engine
marketing plan. We decline to work with clients who cannot afford us this time.
We insist our customers keep accurate and timely backups of all their data and images, whether on a web server or a disk
drive. We will do the same as well. We cannot assist the customer who does not implement this important step.
We do not knowingly represent any work as our own if it is not. We cannot accept images, music, animation or photos that may
be copyrighted or taken without permission from a web site, CD, DVD or printed material.
We provide fair estimates for the work involved. Ordinarily, we are not interested in "making deals" or giving "discounts" to
secure a project. We believe we give 100% of our talents and experience and want to be compensated accordingly and in a
timely fashion. Therefore, we ask for deposits and final payment is due when the work is completed. In return, we promise the
best value for the money received.
We generally refrain from submitting competitive bids.
Our search engine marketing strategies only work for clients who are willing to invest the recommended amount of money, time
and interest. We believe it is unethical to promise "number one" rankings or "thousands of hits" for minimal money. We will
give an honest and professional appraisal of your web site's ability to draw interest and produce sales.
We don't promise easy money from the internet.
We cannot give free training or support. Our time, like your's, is valuable as is our technical and internet expertise.
Please expect to pay for it.
We do not "resell" the creative work we do for one client to another.
We will refrain from working with a client's competitor as long as the client remains active with us, meaning we are involved
in ongoing billable time for that client.
Travel on behalf of a client is billable, as are per diem expenses.
We're human. We make mistakes. We correct them at no cost to our clients.
